something has to give.

if you build a product for the customer you have, you get incremental. if you build for the customer you want, you either get a leap or you get nothing. pick your appetite for risk carefully.

you don't need a co-founder. you need one to two customers who will tell you the truth. those are much harder to find and much more useful to keep.
